You will deliver top-tier wealth management solutions, ensure client satisfaction and retention, and foster relationship-based skills to deepen client relationships while coordinating with internal partners to expand wallet share and growth. The role emphasizes strategic leadership and client-centric service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years wealth management/financial advisory experience.
• 3+ years private wealth advisory team leadership preferred.
• Professional designations CFP, CFA, CPA or CTFA preferred.
• Experience with investments, banking, trust, financial planning, estate and retirement planning, tax.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and lead the local Wealth Advisory team to meet revenue targets.
• Create and implement a sustainable growth program with a team-based approach.
• Review proposals and presentations for new business opportunities with clients.
• Oversee delivery of wealth management services to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Coach team members to expand knowledge and relationship management skills.
• Coordinate with internal partners to identify opportunities and expand wallet share.
• Develop tailored investment programs and comprehensive financial plans with investment/planning teams.
• Plan and execute client recognition and prospecting events.
