Busey Bank is seeking a Managing Director, Wealth in Clayton, MO to lead a local Wealth Advisory team. You will drive new business, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals and families.

You will mentor associates, coordinate with investment and planning teams, and partner with senior leadership to grow revenue while maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue targets in a designated market.
• Lead Wealth Advisory team delivering investment management, financial planning, estate/trust and tax planning for clients.
• Coach and develop team members; manage staffing, performance reviews, and career progression.
• Collaborate with cross-functional bank lines to expand wallet share and client base.
