You will build a sustainable growth program, mentor staff, and collaborate with investment and planning teams to deepen wallet share while ensuring exceptional service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years Wealth Management/Financial Advisory experience; leadership preferred.
• Professional designations (CFP, CFA, CPA, CTFA, MBA) preferred.
• Experience with wealth management solutions including investments, financial planning, estate and tax planning.
• Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wealth management team in a local market and drive growth.
• Develop and implement a sustainable new business program for organic growth.
• Oversee delivery of wealth management services to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Coach and mentor team members for skill and career development.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities and expand wallet share.
• Lead market-specific business development initiatives and events.
