Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years Wealth Management / Financial Advisory experience.
• Professional designations (CFP, CFA, CPA or CTFA) preferred.
• Strong sales, client service, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wealth Management team to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Drive new business development within a designated market and meet revenue targets.
• Review proposals and oversee delivery of wealth management services.
• Coach team members to expand knowledge and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal partners to grow wallet share and cross-sell.
