Job summary

Dollar Bank, FSB is seeking a Wealth Management Director to lead strategy and operations across Wealth Management. You will drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and advisor performance while collaborating with Retail, Private Banking and Commercial teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in wealth management growth within a banking environment. Willingness to travel within the Bank's footprint is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or designations preferred.
Minimum 10 years in wealth management, advisory, or investment services.
5+ years of management experience in financial services preferred.
Proven track record in revenue growth and assets under management.
Experience leading teams and partnerships within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

Direct wealth management sales programs for the Bank.
Develop and mentor Financial Advisors for growth and performance.
Ensure sales strategies align with Bank objectives and initiatives.
Analyze data on revenue growth, AUM, and referral activity.
Coordinate advisor collaboration with Retail, Private Banking, and Commercial channels.
Lead recruiting efforts for the Wealth Management team.
Partner with Cetera to optimize advisor platforms and programs.
Maintain risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
