Guardian Life is seeking a Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to help grow Guardian Network firms by attracting seasoned financial professionals. You will source, engage, and recruit experienced advisors nationwide, traveling to markets and collaborating with field leaders on recruiting programs.

This role supports live and virtual training, develops programs, and works with internal and external partners to deliver strategic recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Program development and management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting.
• High energy and enthusiasm for the work you do.

Responsabilités

• Source experienced financial representatives nationwide.
• Travel across the country to meet recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Travel to markets to execute warm sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external recruiting experts.
