Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to drive recruitment of seasoned financial professionals for Guardian Network firms across the country. The role partners with Park Avenue Securities and leads sourcing, travel, and program development to grow our wealth management practice.

You will source, travel, train, and collaborate with field leaders and internal partners, delivering recruiting programs and content while building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Established program development and management experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and a curiosity to engage in a variety of projects as opportunity arises.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills to track and provide reporting.
• High energy and enthusiasm for the work you do.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and experienced wealth management recruits to firms across the country, using various sourcing tools and sourcing strategies.
• Travel across the country to meet with Experienced Advisor Recruits and partner with field leaders on their recruiting strategies.
• Travel to various markets to execute on warm sourcing strategies such as thought leadership events and networking.
• Collaborate with business partners on recruiting programs and offerings.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external partners as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Collaborate on recruitment content creation and go-to-market strategies.
• Brainstorm innovative ways to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives to the Guardian Network firms.
• Collaborate with various business teams on projects, programs, and strategies.
