Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to lead nationwide recruitment of experienced financial professionals. You will source candidates, travel to engage with recruits, and partner with field leaders to implement recruiting programs across Guardian Network firms.

You will also develop education programs and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, while collaborating with internal and external teams to attract top talent. This is a fully remote, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting Financial Service Representatives or wealth management professionals.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and present effectively.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for live and virtual trainings.
• Experience partnering with broker-dealers and field leaders on recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits nationwide.
• Travel across the country to meet with recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and upskill sessions.
• Collaborate on recruitment content and go-to-market strategies.
• Support internal and external partners as a recruiting expert.
