Guardian Life is seeking a Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to build the national recruiting programs for experienced advisors across Guardian Network firms. The role partners with Park Avenue Securities and Guardian to attract top wealth management professionals and mentors recruiting leaders.

You will source, network, and travel to engage experienced recruits, collaborating with field leaders and business partners to execute programs and go‑to‑market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Established program development and management experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced financial representatives and wealth management recruits across the country using sourcing tools and strategies.
• Travel domestically to meet recruits and partner with field leaders on recruiting strategies.
• Travel to markets to execute warm sourcing strategies and thought leadership events.
• Collaborate with business partners on recruiting programs and offerings.
• Deliver education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
