The role requires experience in wealth management or financial services, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with recruiting tech like Workday and Phenom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Wealth Management leaders.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized roles.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to understand talent needs.
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability and compensation.
• Influence hiring strategies based on market conditions and outcomes.
• Lead full recruiting lifecycle from intake to starts.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
