The Corporate Recruiter will develop recruiting plans, source top talent, and manage executive-level searches while ensuring compliance and a high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight+ years proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong banking industry knowledge preferred.
• Influences with credibility to guide hiring managers in sound decisions.
• Experience partnering with leaders to establish hiring targets and expectations.
• Experience implementing creative talent acquisition programs.
• Proven ability to design, plan, and measure recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and management roles across multiple lines of business, including networking, pipeline management, and onboarding.
• Provide strategic recruiting services to executive level hiring managers, including market research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and development.
• Independently manage search and selection for senior and executive roles.
• Develop relationships with local community businesses and professional organizations to build an applicant pool.
• Act as a strategic HR partner, using data to influence recruiting solutions and align goals with business plans.
• Present recruiting plans to hiring managers with quarterly goals and activities.
• Attend conferences and professional networks to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local, state, and federal laws.
