U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Wealth Management. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, source passive candidates, partner with senior leaders, and drive efficient, cost-effective hiring while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers.

The role requires navigating a regulated financial services environment and delivering high-quality talent pipelines across Wealth Management and related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in wealth management/financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Wealth Management leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build relationships with senior and revenue-producing leaders to understand talent needs.
• Provide talent market intelligence on availability, compensation, and trends.
• Lead full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offers and starts.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and manage recruiting outcomes.
