Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Wealth Management, sourcing, screening, interviewing and supporting talent decisions.

You will engage diverse, qualified candidates and partner with hiring leaders to ensure a timely, cost-effective process aligned with bank values and regulatory requirements. You will build strong pipelines, manage relationships with senior leaders, and use Workday, Phenom, and ATS tools to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years recruiting experience.
• Experience in wealth management recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects.
• Familiarity with FINRA licensing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Management roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with leaders to set talent strategies.
• Provide market intel on compensation and trends.
• Manage candidate experience from intake to start.
• Leverage Workday, Phenom and ATS to track progress.
