Job summary

MassMutual seeks a results-driven Corporate Development Lead for Wealth Management in Boston. You will spearhead origination, evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, minority investments and strategic partnerships across wealth management ecosystems.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, you’ll lead cross-functional deal teams, build financial models, and guide integration while partnering with Wealth Management, Strategy, Finance and Legal

Qualifications

5+ years in Corporate Development within wealth management or related sectors
Experience leading substantive portions of M&A transactions
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional diligence and engage senior leaders

Responsibilities

Lead wealth management corporate development and transaction execution across broker-dealers, RIAs, wealth platforms and related services
Sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and partnerships
Build and interpret financial models, assess transaction returns and value drivers
Lead cross-functional deal teams through diligence, negotiation, approval and closing
Shape integration priorities and governance with a focus on advisor and client retention
