  • Interest in origination and building relationships with potential acquisition targets.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrated career progression and strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition targets within the independent RIA landscape.
  • Contribute to origination through market mapping, outreach, and relationship development.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and assist in advancing deals from contact to close.
  • Conduct industry research and leverage filings (SEC Form ADV) to assess targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
