Overview

A rapidly growing firm in the wealth management space is seeking a Corporate Development Vice President to join its M&A team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions within a highly fragmented and active market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition targets within the independent RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) landscape
  • Contribute to origination efforts through market mapping, outreach, and relationship development
  • Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and assist in advancing deals from initial contact through close
  • Conduct industry research and leverage public filings (including SEC Form ADV) to identify and assess targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
