• Drive M&A transaction execution and deal sourcing aligned with strategic goals
• Lead deal teams, quarterbacking internal deliverables and board materials
• Coach and develop Analysts and lead recruiting/training efforts
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Treasury, FP&A, Controllers and Tax
