Job summary

Aspen Standard Wealth is seeking a Managing Director of Growth to lead the next expansion phase for Greater Boston clients from its base in the Braintree, MA area. This growth-focused, relationship-first role will own the growth agenda and drive a repeatable engine that aligns with the founder's priorities.

You will sharpen target client profiles, deepen referral relationships, and partner with Aspen to deploy a proven growth playbook.

Qualifications

• 8–20 years in elite, competitive environments with progression through hard roles.
• Experience serving UHNW or sophisticated clients and demonstrating emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of owning growth targets and driving revenue through trust-based selling or similar approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and sharpen the firm’s growth agenda and ideal client profile.
• Lead growth engine activities: referrals, campaigns, events and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Aspen’s Founder and Growth System to align pipeline and client opportunities.
• Own a revenue and conversion target in year one and drive live opportunities.
• Build durable, scalable systems and processes to sustain growth beyond individual effort.
