Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase seeks an experienced Advisor Manager to lead a high-performing wealth advisory team. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while partnering with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years of advisor management experience, strong investment knowledge, and a proven ability to drive performance. Travel up to 50% and FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66, and 9/10 within 60 days) are essential to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of advisor management experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
FINRA Series 7, 66 required; Series 9/10 within 60 days.
Proven ability to recruit and develop advisor talent.
Strong investment product knowledge and risk management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead advisor recruitment and coaching to improve performance.
Partner with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to coordinate solutions.
Influence technology use to meet customers' needs and promote diversity and inclusion.
Oversee day-to-day supervisory and operational aspects for a designated territory.
Establish a culture of risk and controls to safeguard customers and the business.
Proactively identify solutions with entrepreneurial drive.
