Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Wealth Management experience or equivalent product/management background.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required within 120 days of hire.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder alignment.
Proactive problem-solving and adaptable team player.
Ability to autonomously develop and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors and align firm solutions with client needs.
Maintain knowledge of all products and tools and position capabilities.
Drive adoption of national initiatives through advisor engagement.
Develop and implement business plans to support advisor growth and results.
Conduct book reviews and analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver coaching, training and practice management guidance.
