• 5+ years of related experience managing a substantial branch.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63/65) and 3 registrations (Series 31 acceptable if branch conducts managed futures business only).
• License requirements updated as required by role or management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit before taxes within the branch and other assigned branches.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors.
• Develop cohesive teams and provide consistent leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and Firm policies.
• Lead by example and mentor Financial Advisors and staff.
