COUNTRY Financial is offering a Wealth Management & Financial Planning Intern opportunity in Bloomington, IL. As a Wealth Management & Financial Planning Intern, you will play a key role in supporting high-net-worth client relationships and prospecting efforts. This internship offers hands‑on experience in researching advanced financial planning topics-including estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, and charitable giving. You'll contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency. Additionally, you'll collaborate on enterprise-level projects, providing subject matter expertise and gaining exposure to strategic initiatives across the organization.
We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January.
