Qualifications

• FINRA Registrations: Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a sales assistant/RCSA in a corporate/brokerage environment.
• Proficient with technology including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, timely, and courteous communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service needs of various accounts to answer client/advisor questions.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Learn to use research and technical support tools.
• Produce quality analytical reports using software programs.
• Promote firm services by strengthening advisor relationships through timely responses.
• Interact with clients, advisors, and management with professionalism.
