Job summary

Qualifications

• FINRA Registrations: Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required
• 3–5 years’ experience as a sales assistant/RCSA in a corporate/brokerage environment
• Proficiency with MS Office products and ability to learn internal software
• Must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Strong accuracy and thoroughness; superb organizational skills
• Able to interface with all levels of employees, management and clients professionally

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service the needs of accounts and answer day-to-day questions from clients and advisors
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients
• Learn to utilize research and technical support tools
• Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs
• Promote firm services by enhancing relationships with advisors through timely responses
• Interact with local office staff, Financial Advisors and Management
• Assist with marketing efforts and plan client events
• Prioritize daily work, track deadlines, answer phones, schedule appointments
• Demonstrate initiative to increase knowledge of rules and concepts
• Collaborate with other support members and management at the local office
