Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.’s Private Client Division is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Jericho, NY to support Financial Advisors in sales, marketing and day-to-day operations of a growing wealth management practice. Qualifications

• FINRA registrations Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a sales assistant/RC SA in a corporate/brokerage setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn internal software quickly.
• Strong confidentiality, accuracy and organization in daily tasks.
• Team player with professional communication and client service focus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to service client and advisor needs across accounts.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Utilize research and support tools and prepare analytical reports.
• Promote firm services and strengthen relationships with advisors.
