Qualifications

• FINRA registrations: Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required
• 3–5 years’ experience as a sales assistant/RCSA in corporate/brokerage environment
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal software
• Team player with energetic, positive disposition and willingness to grow in the role
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in daily work
• Demonstrate strong accuracy and organizational skills, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Able to interface with all levels of staff and clients in a professional, timely manner

Responsibilities

• Learn to service the needs of various accounts and answer day-to-day questions from clients and advisors
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients
• Utilize research and internal support tools
• Produce quality analytical reports using software programs
• Promote Firm services by building relationships with advisors through timely responses
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships
• Assist with marketing efforts and plan client events
• Prioritize daily work, track progress and deadlines, answer phones and schedule appointments
• Demonstrate initiative to expand knowledge of rules, regulations and concepts
• Interact with other support members, Financial Advisors and Management at the local office
