Job summary

The candidate must handle client questions, master account procedures, and use research tools to produce analytical reports, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service to clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• FINRA registrations required within twelve months of hire.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal software.
• Strong emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy in daily work.
• Professional, timely, and client-facing communication are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service the needs of various accounts to answer day-to-day questions from clients and advisors.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Learn to utilize research and internal software tools.
• Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs.
• Promote Firm services by maintaining strong relationships with advisors and clients.
• Demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions.
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships.
• Assist with marketing efforts and plan client events.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Demonstrate initiative and a desire to expand knowledge of rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with local office and other support members, Financial Advisors and Management.
