Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) seeks a client services professional to support investor services, onboarding and transfer agency operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in New York.

You'll handle inquiries, process shareholder transactions, assist with proxy coordination, and collaborate with affiliated brokers and internal teams to deliver accurate service and robust controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required; phone support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize service provider technology systems.
• Effective communication with external financial advisor clients and investors.
• Highly organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality shareholder servicing to stockholders and financial advisors, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and make outbound calls as needed.
• Provide pre-sale shareholder operational support.
• Assist in timely processing of shareholder transactions, including distributions, redemptions, statements, and tax reporting.
• Coordinate proxy voting procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with affiliated broker-dealers.
• Assist with broader operations functions as needed.
