Job summary

Ares Management Corporation, a leading global alternatives manager, seeks a blended Client Services Operations and Data Analyst within AWMS to support investor servicing, transfer agency oversight, and data operations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, workflow coordination, and cross‑functional execution across subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and tax reporting, with collaboration across Client Services, Technology, Accounting, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, data analytics, project management, or a related function within financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workflow management tools to track recurring processes, deadlines, and ad hoc initiatives across the AWMS Client Services team.
• Coordinate critical operational timelines, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and reporting cycles.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, status reporting, and documentation to promote transparency and execution discipline.
• Lead or support validation of recurring data processes and resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
