Job summary

Ares Management is hiring an Analyst for the Global Client Solutions (GCS) team in New York. This role supports fundraising and client service, acting as a central contact for external clients, internal teams, and service providers on investor data and onboarding.

As part of Investor Services, you will help develop new workflows, document procedures, train teams on new processes, and build strong cross-firm collaboration across Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to drive best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in fast-paced environments within investment/wealth management or financial services is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Intralinks is a plus.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Management and Product Management teams globally to streamline processes across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Technology.
• Capture investor data during onboarding and lifecycle maintenance.
• Respond to investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Elevate complex cases to senior team leads.
• Maintain investor data rooms and onboarding documentation.
