Job summary

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) seeks a Sales Analyst/Associate to drive revenue by marketing Ares alternatives to financial intermediaries. You will partner with Regional Sales Directors to expand the advisor base and support client engagements in Denver and beyond.

You will develop deep product knowledge across equities, fixed income, international markets, and alternatives while maintaining compliance and delivering superior client service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and/or advisory services background with progressive level of proven results.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial services with internal wholesaling preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 required.
• Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, International markets and alternatives investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies for financial intermediaries.
• Develop relationships within assigned territory and grow market share.
• Meet sales targets and increase asset levels.
• Engage via phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive sales.
• Source new prospective advisors through cold outreach and support existing relationships.
• Coordinate with product specialists to respond to client needs and events.
