Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Onboarding Officer to drive compliant onboarding, including account opening, AML and KYC. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure due diligence is completed timely and documents are gathered according to regulatory standards.

You will support high-quality onboarding across platforms, staying current with regulatory changes and providing a reliable, controls-focused service to Wealth Management clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services, operations or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with urgency and multi-tasking.
• Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and meet fixed deadlines.
• Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups.
• Independent, self-motivated and flexible in a team environment.
• Clear, confident communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Address conflicts and escalate issues appropriately.
• Analytical and organizational skills with risk and controls awareness.

• Prior experience in Account opening, AML or KYC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client and client-facing teams to collect required legal documents and information to meet regulatory policies.
• Act as subject matter expert on required documents and onboarding processes.
• Serve as point of contact for account opening issues.
• Act as a resource on account opening policies and procedures.
