Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. US Private Bank is seeking a Client Onboarding Officer to support all aspects of client onboarding, including Account Opening, AML, and KYC compliance.

You will partner with clients and client-facing teams to ensure regulatory standards are met and timely due diligence is completed. As a Wealth Management USPB Client Onboarding Associate, you will ensure client documents are compliant with regulations and that due diligence is completed with high quality and timeliness,

Qualifications

3+ years in financial services, operations or compliance.
Strong written and oral communication with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure with fixed deadlines.
Ability to partner with internal groups and client coverage.
Independent, self-motivated with ability to adapt in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with the client & client-facing teams to collect required legal documents and information to meet regulatory and internal policies.
Act as a subject matter expert on required legal documents and process to onboard a client to PB platforms.
Serve as point of contact for account opening issues.
Act as a subject matter resource on account opening policies and procedures.
