Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive revenue, oversee risk, and lead a high‑performance wealth‑management team. You will recruit, onboard and retain Financial Advisors while ensuring compliant, ethical practices and exceptional client service.

Reporting to the Market Executive, you will develop talent, foster teamwork, and execute strategic initiatives to grow market share in high‑net-worth relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training including demonstrated success managing a substantial branch office or equivalent.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), 66 (or 63 and 65) and 3 registrations (Series 31 acceptable if branch conducts managed futures business only) Other licenses as required for role or by management

Responsibilities

• Product/Business Knowledge: Understands Firm and partner products; directs resources to drive sales and recruitment.
• Sales/Marketing: Grow business and drive sales by leveraging firm initiatives and relationships with corporate departments.
• Team Building: Build effective teams through regular meetings and cross-region initiatives.
• Leadership: Lead with example, maintain morale, ensure ethical practices and diversity.
• Accountability: Manage branch sales and financial performance; ensure regulatory compliance and supervisory procedures.
