• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, outreach and retain Mass Affluent clients.
• Generate leads, manage client appointments and grow share of wallet.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive revenue and onboarding.
• Deliver proactive customer service and tailored financial solutions.
• Maintain relationship reviews and pre/post-call planning with the team.
