PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Banker in the Wealth Management team based in Mount Laurel, NJ.

You will develop strategies to acquire and retain Mass Affluent clients, generate leads, and manage a broad portfolio with cross-functional ecosystem partners. Responsibilities include proactive client outreach, needs-based advisory, and delivering tailored Financial Wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications preferred: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65).
• Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Proactively generate leads and client appointments.
• Leverage needs-based consultative conversations to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
• Manage risk and maximize profitability for the client portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Maintain timely and accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks.
• Serve as quarterback for ecosystem partners to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Deliver Financial Wellness with tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
• Own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners and Bank Advisor collaboration.
