Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Grow share of wallet through needs-based consultative conversations and bank products.
• Build internal partnerships to drive revenue and client growth.
• Manage risk and maximize profitability for the client portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through servicing.
