Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a personal practice.
• Active Life/Health insurance license required.
• Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
