Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven Managing Director to lead a growth-minded advisory practice. You will continue your own client work while building and guiding a team of experienced financial advisors, shaping strategy, and driving performance across the firm.

In this role you’ll recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, cultivate a high-performing culture, and leverage the firm’s legacy and infrastructure to expand client offerings and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
