You will mentor advisors, expand client relationships, and drive growth across the firm’s client base, leveraging resources and brand strength to execute your vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with a personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and financial planning.
• Ability to work in the United States
