This PLAYER/COACH role combines a thriving personal practice with leadership, mentoring advisors, expanding client portfolios, and delivering service excellence aligned with WealthBridge's standards and values.

Competenze

• 3+ years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
