Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director who will continue their personal client work while building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors. This leadership role offers the opportunity to mentor peers, shape growth strategy, and benefit from the firm''s long history and strong brand.

You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, align practice development with client service, and drive a culture of excellence across the advisor network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
