Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program trains aspiring Financial Advisors to build lasting client relationships and grow a high-net-worth book. You will work with Merrill Advisor Teams to create comprehensive investment and banking solutions tailored to client goals.

The program emphasizes hands-on practice, certification completion, and ongoing coaching to help you develop a successful wealth-management career within Bank of America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with targets achieved.
• Experience in investments and investment products is preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Source clients through referrals and prospecting, deliver tailored solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client goals and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and compliance in daily activities.
• Coordinate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams for mentorship.
• Complete mandated training and ongoing education requirements.
