Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data and open accounts per KYC guidelines.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk profile.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
