Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become Financial Advisors. You will build relationships with high-net-worth clients, assess goals, and deliver tailored investment guidance while partnering with Merrill and Bank of America teams.

This program offers world-class training, mentorship, and a path to grow a client book, with emphasis on compliance, ongoing education, and a collaborative, in-office culture.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with sales results.
• Experience in investments industry and investment product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; quickly builds trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Source clients through referrals and networking; assess client needs.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and ongoing development.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice; collaborate with specialists.
• Complete required training, assessments, and continuing education.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
