Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management Advisor Development Program provides hands-on training to become a Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations with mentorship from Merrill teams.

You will develop a book of business, source clients, and coordinate with internal specialists to tailor investment solutions while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or 63/65 in lieu).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales role with goals met.
• Knowledge of investment products and services and ability to advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and present Merrill and Bank of America capabilities.
• Collect client profile data and open accounts per KYC procedures.
• Provide investment product recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
