Bank of America’s Wealth Management division is seeking candidates for the Merrill Advisor Development Program. You will work with high-net-worth individuals to identify needs, build relationships, and deliver comprehensive advisory recommendations.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to develop your experience and promote portfolio growth while pursuing ongoing training and industry credentials.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with target achievement.
• Knowledge of investments, products, and client needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings and position Bank of America capabilities.
• Build a book of business and exceed performance hurdles.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
