Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with training and knowledge of products.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to build trust quickly.
• Proven ability to assess needs and suggest solutions.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Strong follow-through; adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America to clients.
• Collect client profile data per KYC to open accounts as appropriate.
• Provide investment recommendations based on objectives, resources and risk profile.
• Document all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain a productive book of business.
