Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a candidate for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients to identify needs, build relationships, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client goals.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to develop your experience, promote portfolio growth, and learn through world-class training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with targets met.
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry with training and product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities.
• Collects client profile data and opens accounts per KYC guidelines.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor with suitable investment recommendations.
• Documents client interactions in Salesforce.
