Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management in the United States is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program to become a Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You’ll collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow your book of business, receive training, coaching, and mentorship, and develop your expertise in investment strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of Series 7 & 66 licenses held
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals
• Knowledge of investment products and services
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
• Comfort with performance-based compensation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts
• Provides investment recommendations based on objectives and risk profile
• Documents all client interactions in Salesforce
